Decree of Government of the Kyrgyz Republic #105, dated 28.02.2023
Entered into force on the 18 of March 2023 for a period of 6 months.

In accordance with Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #105, dated 28.02.2023, the export is temporary prohibited for used catalysts outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The abovementioned decree comes into force after 15 days since publication (was published on the 3rd of March 2022).
The previous measure on the export prohibition of certain used catalysts and certain types of precious scrap metals submitted in notification G/MA/QRK/N/KGZ/17 in accordance with the Decree #431 dated 01.08.2022 is no longer in force.
