The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #357 dated 21.06.2025 on the temporary export prohibition of coal classified by the HS Code 2701 and 2702 outside the customs territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Decree enters into force on 9 July 2025, for a duration of 6 months.
This is a re-introduction of a measure which was notified earlier in document G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.36.
