The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #777 dated 8 December 2025.
The Decree enters into force on 8 December 2025, for a duration of six months. - Mecanismo administrativo

Coal classified by the HS Codes 27.01 and 27.02 outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by motor road (except for "Irkeshtam Avtodorozhniy" and "Torugart Avtodorozhniy" border checkpoints).
The restrictions are not applied to the "Kyrgyzkomur" State Enterprise when it carries out the export of coal (classified by HS codes 27.01 and 27.02) through the border checkpoint of the state border except for Dostuk Avtodorozhniy” border checkpoint.
This is a modification of a measure which was notified earlier in document G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.49.
