The Decree will enter into force on 4 September 2026, for a duration of six months.

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #564, dated 20 August 2026 on the temporary export prohibition of scrap and waste of ferrous metals for remelting (burden ingots) outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. This is a re-introduction of a measure which was notified earlier in document G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.59.
