Mecanismo administrativo
The restriction is administered through an import licensing procedure on an MFN basis to prevent HKC from being used as a conduit for proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and to ensure HKC’s continuous access to technology and high-tech products.Export licensing procedures can be found in item Section 1.
