Mecanismo administrativo
The restriction is administered through a registration system for rough diamond traders and an export certificate scheme system to fulfil the obligations under the Kimberley Process.
Registered rough diamond traders can export rough diamonds to countries or places on the list of specified countries permitted by the Kimberly Process.
Import certification procedures can be found in Section 2.4.
