Due to the COVID-19, the Government of Georgia restricted the exportation and re-exportation of certain pharmaceutical products and medical devices temporarily.

The Decree of the Government of Georgia N649 of 3 April 2020 as an amendment to the Decree of the Government of Georgia N164 of 28 January 2020 „on the approval of measures to prevent the possible spread of novel coronavirus in Georgia and the approval of an operative response plan for cases of the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.” The measure is in force since 3 April 2020 and will stay in force until the circumstances related to Pandemic warranties otherwise.
