Import and/or export licensing for import and/or export of drugs; substances with psychotropic effects and their precursors

On legal acts in the field of non-tariff regulation (as last amended at 25 June 2014) Annex 1 to the Decision N 134 dated 16 August 2012 Unit list of goods subject to prohibitions or restrictions on import or export by countries-members of the Customs Union within the Eurasian Economic Community in trade with third countries

The concentration of the substances indicated in this list is determined by the mass fraction of substance in the mixture (solution)

The applicant of the Customs union Member, within 10 calendar days from the date of import (export) of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, shall notify to the authorized body of the country issuing the license the actual imported (exported) quantities of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, the vehicle that was used for import (export) of them, and the place and date the cargo crossed the border of the Customs union. Import and (or) export of limited quantities of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors in the first-aid-kits at sea (river) vessels, aircrafts of international traffic for first aid are carried out without a license in copliance with control measures defined by legislation of the state where the vehicles were registred

Import and (or) export of precursors, used as supplies, in an amount necessary to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and technical devices of air/sea (river/ railway vehicle, are carried out without a license in compliance with customs legislation regulating the movement of supplies through customs border
