Import licensing for import of radio-electronic means and (or) civil high-frequency devices including built-in or forming part of other goods

On legal acts in the field of non-tariff regulation (as last amended at 25 June 2014) Annex 1 to the Decision N 134 dated 16 August 2012 Unit list of goods subject to prohibitions or restrictions on import or export by countries-members of the Customs Union within the Eurasian Economic Community in trade with third countries

It is not necessary to obtain a license or a conclusion (permission):


_on transit of REM and HFM, including built-in or forming part of other goods without the right to operation (utilization) on the territory of the Customs union;

_on temporary import of REM and HFM, installed in motor vehicles;

_on reimport of REM and HFM, which was temporarily moved from the territory of the Customs union;

_on import of REM and HFM in the structer of board equipment of aircrafts, sea and river vessels, as well as for installation in aircrafts, sea and river vessels in order to replace the faulty REM and HFM in board equipment, with subsequent export of replaced (removed) REM and HFM from the customs territory of the Customs Union;

_on import of REM and HFM intended for the repair of or installation to aircrafts, sea and river vessels, and other technical devices, manufactured on the territory of CU Members, without the right to operation (utilization) of them on the CU territory and destined for re-export in the composition of goods received as a result of manufacture or after repair of REM and HFM from the CU territory;
