Import of the products made of Harp seal (except harp seal pups) is permissible if:
_the product is obtained in the result of hunting of indigenous people and it is comfirmed by a certificate issued by responsible authorities of the country of origin in the form agreed with EAEC,
_the product is imported for the personal use (non-commercial purposes), by individuals. Under indigenous people is to be understood the natives of arctic and subarctic areas where they are currently, or have traditionally rights of indigenous peoples, including Yupik, Inupiat (Alaska), Inuit, Inuvialuit (Canada), kalaallit (Greenland) - Entidades responsables
