Export licensing for export of wild live animals and certain wild growing plants

On legal acts in the field of non-tariff regulation (as last amended at 25 June 2014) Annex 1 to the Decision N 134 dated 16 August 2012 Unit list of goods subject to prohibitions or restrictions on import or export by countries-members of the Customs Union within the Eurasian Economic Community in trade with third countries

Does not require a license to export from the customs territory of the Customs Union:
- By individuals for personal use of individual samples of wild living animals, some wild plants and wild medicinal materials in an amount not more than 3 copies of the same species, hunting and fishing trophies;
- Scientific institutions of wild living animals, some wild plants and wild medicinal raw materials for research;
- Zoos, botanical gardens and nurseries of wild living animals, some wild plants to exchange, donation and replenish the gene pool;
- Species of animals and plants, their parts or derivatives covered by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, CITES.
