Annex 1 to the Decision N 30 dated 21 April 2016 Unit list of goods subject to prohibitions on import into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union

<1>Seeds, spores, pollen and tissue culture of these plants derived from these chemical and pharmaceutical products, as well as cut flowers of artificially grown plants license is not required.

<2>Once the roots (whole, sliced , and parts thereof), excluding products derived therefrom (powders, pills, extracts, tonics, teas, pastries).

<3> Only logs, sawn timber, plywood.

The products of the section cross the customer border of the EAEU without issuing a license and in accordance with Convention on international trade in endangered types of wild fauna and flora under threat of extinction, of 3 March 1973 (CITES)
