To protect public moral and national security
Import is allow under the following cases:
(1) When importers receive the investment promotion and approval of Thailand Board of Investment to import parts of game machines for production and assembling for export out of the Kingdom only;
(2) Where the Minister of Commerce deems that it is appropriate to import game machines on a case-by-case basis with the approval of the Council of Ministers
