The Notes to Annex 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1795 of 31 December 2025, which defines export quotas for goods subject to licensing, have been supplemented with a new paragraph.
A new paragraph stipulates that export quotas for goods classified under UKTZED codes 7204 and 7404 00 do not apply to exports carried out under licenses issued by the Ministry of Economy to economic operators who
were declared winners of electronic auctions held in December 2025 in accordance with the Procedure for the Alienation and Lease (Hire) of Property of Business Entities (where the state or a state-owned business entity holds more than 50% of the share capital), approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22 September 2023 No. 1032.
